The germination and cultivation of cannabis seeds is illegal in some countries. Brokeboy Genetics offers their cannabis products solely as collectible, adult souvenirs for customers over the age of 21 in the United States, or the age of majority in their country of residence.

Return and Refund Policy
Brokeboy Genetics Returns Policy
Any items that you want to return have to be approved by Brokeboy Genetics first. You can gain consent by contacting us by telephone, email, or post. You can return items seven days from the first day you receive your order and they must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Although we will refund the cost of the items, we will not refund any shipping costs you paid.
Damaged or Faulty Products
It is an unfortunate and sporadic event that a customer will receive a faulty or damaged item from us, but if this occurs we will always be more than willing to help. Please send the item back to us and we will refund the postage cost of sending the item to us and the price of the damaged item.
Brokeboy Genetics Exchange Policy
Like our delivery policy, you must send us any items you want to exchange within seven days of receiving your delivery. Items must be in a new and unused state, in their original packing, and sent using a recorded delivery service. You must state which items you wish to receive as a replacement and we will then charge your card if there is any price difference for the items in the exchange and the cost of sending these items back out to you.
